DAN 1 is the foundational level of Yumeiho therapy training, designed for beginners and wellness professionals seeking to explore this holistic Japanese healing art. This course covers the core 100 maneuvers of Yumeiho therapy, with a focus on the osatsu techniques—deep-pressure bodywork that promotes balance, posture correction, and muscular release. You will learn: The philosophy and theory of Yumeiho therapy Body alignment fundamentals Full-body osatsu massage techniques Indications and contraindications Basic postural assessment and treatment planning Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive an official DAN 1 certificate from the International Yumeiho Centre.
